Max is a young and nimble provincial, not particularly burdened by morals and principles, energetically making a successful career in Moscow. He works in a recruitment agency, and his specialization is to fire top managers, help squeeze out shares in companies, and similar routine business issues. Max’s next task is to get rid of Georgy, the chief programmer of a large IT company. At first glance, work for a couple of days, because who is Gregory? A bearded boy under 40, the embodiment of simplicity and harmlessness. But it turns out that this is a unique case, and it is incredibly difficult to fire Gregory. Especially considering what a charming half-sister he has. Max has to go through a lot of funny, touching and dangerous trials that will help him understand that there are other values in life besides career, money and real estate.

Misha is a professional conman who framed his boss and "dumped" him for a lot of money. To avoid deadly consequences, he escapes to his hometown. On the very first day, Misha stands up for his long-time love Natasha, quarrels with the main criminal authority named Don and accidentally gets a job with the police. Now he catches criminals himself, simultaneously escaping from the killer and trying to establish a personal life.

The film, written by Roman Super and Ivan Proskuryakov, tells about the only circus in the world where difficult teenagers learn circus art and become real artists. Using its example, the Uppsala Circus project shows how creativity can give children the opportunity to live more interesting and successful lives. The film makes it clear to teenagers that there are places where they will be welcomed, and people who are ready to understand and help.
