After a chaotic episode with his wife, Russian-Estonian worker Nikolai is left alone with their one year old daughter, Sophia. As time goes by, he begins to doubt his abilities as a father and furthermore, if he will ever see his wife again.

"The Cowgirl, the Showgirl and the Pig" is a short film directed by Stella Carneiro and Ary Zara. It premiered in Directors' Fortnight of the 78th Cannes Film Festival as part of the La Factory des Cineastes program.

Teresa, a single mother spends a day at the beach with her six-year-old son, Benji and her sister Marga, who is back in Portugal for a summer vacation. The day becomes very stressful with her sister's constant speech about her son's achievements and her criticisms towards Benji.

Mart is dragged by his father to meet his grandfather for the first time since he was a little boy. When the three generations meet, Mart witnesses his father change in front of the larger-than-life personality of his grandfather. Are some relationships better left cold, dead, distant?

A lcurious little girl, Agnes, follows Mihkel to an abandoned house, where she discovers a Russian policeman Dmitri tied-up in the basement. Unaware of his true identity, Agnes attempts to free him before Mihkel comes back.
