Laleh is a wandering girl who is arrested after a robbery at a railway station and promises the police officer that she will live a righteous life from now on. A young worker named Parviz tries to convince Laleh to marry him. But Laleh is against the marriage proposal, because she has to take care of her mother and father, who are always drunk. The owner of the house where Laleh's family lives convinces Laleh's father to consent to his daughter's marriage to Abbas.

Mohsen plans to marry Atefeh and then travels to Shiraz to inform his parents about his engagement. Atefeh lives with her uncle. One day, Zhâleh, a cabaret singer, falls ill, and Atefeh’s uncle suggests that his niece perform at the cabaret in Zhâleh’s place. Reza, Mohsen’s friend, sees Atefeh at the cabaret, becomes suspicious of her, and asks her to stay out of Mohsen’s way.

Three poor men encounter a blind girl, and because the girl doesn't have any acquaintance they take her to their home and pretend that they are wealthy. The youngest man falls in love with the girl and it's also him who thinks of finding a cure for the girl and with the help of his two friends he is able to find treatment for her. In the day that is due for the girl to return from the hospital, they are worried that they might not get accepted because of their condition and status. But against their worries, the girl accepts them just as when she was blind.

When a cruel and lustful landlord tries to assault Ali Mohammad Sangari's wife, Ali Mohammad and his son, Gol Aqa, rush to save her. Once, while wounded, Gol Aqa takes refuge in a house where the owner's daughter, Narges, nurses him back to health. During this time, they fall in love and eventually marry. On their wedding night, the landlord's men attack to capture Gol Aqa. Gol Aqa is killed, and Narges, still in her wedding dress, guns down her lover's killers before being killed herself.

Amir, Naser and Mansour try hard to obtain ten thousand Tomans in order to release Narges's father from prison. At the same time, a runaway thief throws a bag full of money into their house. After a while, the landlord forces them out and Narges keeps their furniture which includes the bag too. The thief's teammates are searching for the bag but they fail to find it, and finally police arrives and the bag is found and delivered to the owner. The owner gives the young men ten thousand Tomans which they need, and so Narges's father is released.
