Once, in the apartment of a modest designer named Peresukhin, an Unknown figure appears, offering him the chance to become the ruler of the planet Aldebaran. However, in order to transition to another spatial dimension, the film's hero must part with his life by jumping from the third floor. Peresukhin chooses his familiar existence over the temptation of becoming a dictator on a distant planet.

Dima and Rita, along with the children from their group, run away from kindergarten in search of a "parrot dog." No one believes that a dog named Ralph can talk.
