Biography
Jean Paul Vizuete is a Panamanian writer and filmmaker specializing in speculative fiction that explores mental health, the human condition, and our relationship with the environment. After starting his film career as a teen in Panama, he relocated to Argentina in 2015, where he developed productions like "Crono" (HAYAH 2016), "Prefacio" (PIFFLA 2021), and the web miniseries "DREAM" (2020). His books include 'Nombres en el Silencio' and 'La Mensajera'. A graduate from Universidad del Cine (Argentina) and Vancouver Film School, he currently resides in Canada, where he works as a screenwriter and script consultant while developing his next novel.
