Francis, a well-mannered bill collector is sent on a job by loan shark Mr. Ciccone to Hypnotheque, a trendy and bizarre dance club. His mission: to reclaim a substantial and long past due debt from Jason, the night club's eccentric owner. When Jason refuses to pay, Francis quickly discovers why the venue has become the latest "craze". Francis soon finds himself in an intense battle for his life against a frenzied horde of "raving" mad club-goers.
