Jay, an urbanite kid of Taipei, is compelled to move to a remote small town and reside with his eccentric grandfather Wang Po in a peculiar grocery store. There, he encounters his lively yet unkempt roommate A-Le, the mischievous Hsiao Ko who loves to feast, and the rational girl with a mind for science, Ta-Ko.

A girl is looking for a place to stay. She strives to survive and meets an old man who scavenges in waste. They search for a home together, just like a dream that happens in the blink of an eye.

This is a story about a girl searching for her true self. Lele dreams of becoming a ballet dancer, yet she struggles to master an elegant smile. “Come on, smile” echoes in the studio, effortless for others but not her. Day after day, she repeats the steps, seeking the meaning of dance. With her friend May by her side, they return to the stage. An unexpected moment shatters the routine. In the darkness, Lele finds her answer.
