Existing is a breath of air for those who spend part of their lives merely resisting. In 15 minutes, it tells the story of four LGBTQIAP+ individuals living in João Pessoa. The documentary portrays their personal, romantic, and professional experiences, showing the possibility of going beyond—of Existing.

Neta cannot overcome the trauma of the early loss of her son and enters a spiral of revenge. The owners of the farm where she lives and works as a housekeeper with her husband Nelson arrive for the weekend, crossing her turbulent path.
