Biography
Carter M. Phillips is an American actor, screenwriter, editor, and director with a career that started while he was in high school. He's most well known for his short films: They Came from the Attic (2022), Fragments of Paradise (2023), and Without Heartbeat (2023). From his expressionist and surrealist early efforts to his more neo-realistic later films, Carter implements a do-it-yourself style to his movies.
