It's 2009 and two brothers, Laimonis and Ojārs, unexpectedly become participants in a strange TV game in the hope of winning a new car. Their mission? To be able to keep their hands on the coveted car longer than the other competitors. The rivalry, which started out as a playful spat, gradually becomes more and more fierce.

The film captures a moment when robotics and artificial intelligence are becoming an inseparable part of everyday life in Latvia. The film follows a society that—both curious and skeptical—learns to coexist with technology as it steadily blends itself into daily routines.

Alex is a perfectly ordinary young man whose life changes radically after receiving a strange message and meeting several strange characters who seem to have stepped out of the world of cinema. Under the influence of Zenon's paradox, Alex begins to see the world differently and discovers unusual abilities.

After hearing many success stories about direct sales companies, Roberts decides to try his luck in selling vacuum cleaners door to door. On the first work day he finds out about the possible bonus in case of at least 2 successfully closed sales deals. At a glance the task seems quite easy. Once Robert faces the reality in a block of flats and encounters its peculiar inhabitants, the task no longer seems to be so simple.
