The dead and the skeletons, coming out of the ground, indulge in playful dance to the music of Camille Saint-Saëns, and rejoice in the terror that they inspire.

The film promotes Canada's Food Rules in an effort to get Canadians to be strong and healthy by getting the necessary vitamins in their diet. A series of healthy foods, all that originate from farm raised items, are shown, emanating from those images the lettered vitamin names of which those foods are a rich source. Set against barn dance music, the letters dance to the score.
