Jet Sosyete / Jet Set (2018) is a Turkish sitcom written by Gülse Birsel (59 episodes, 3 seasons). When textile company owner Cengiz Özpamuk fires his son and promotes lowly employee Yaşar Yüksel instead, the Yüksel family — a working-class family from a slum in Ayazağa — suddenly moves into a luxury villa in an upscale gated community, comically crashing into Istanbul's elite jet set lifestyle.

Idool is the Belgian version of the Idol series. The series was launched in late 2002 by Belgian television network VTM. The contestants are first narrowed down to 100 contestants, and then down to 30-50 through several auditions and tests by a panel of judges. From this point on, the viewers decide who are in and who are out, and the judges limit themselves to commenting. TV viewers being what they are, the votes are based not solely on the singers vocal performance, but also on his or her looks, clothes, entertainment value, and other factors.

O Ses Türkiye is a Turkish reality singing competition and local version of The Voice first broadcast as The Voice of Holland. It started on October 10, 2011. Its first season was held in February 19, 2012 on Show TV. The second season starts on Autumn 2012 on Star TV. One of the important premises of the show is the quality of the singing talent. Four coaches, themselves popular performing artists, train the talents in their group and occasionally perform with them. Talents are selected in blind auditions, where the coaches cannot see, but only hear the auditioner.
