Lula gave filmmaker João Moreira Salles and his crew complete access, and the result is an intimate documentary of what went on behind the scenes. Sometimes, Lula is afraid that he will lose his freedom as president. Combined with Lula's candor, the film's observational style provides some very special insight into one of Brazil's most popular leaders.

The documentary reconstructs the history of Graúna, one of the most famous comic characters in Brazil during the '70s. Analyzing creator Henfil's usage of this poor, little, female blackbird to criticize the social inequities and censorship in Brazil of the time, testimonies from family and fellow cartoonists shed light into why "Reading Again Graúna" is still relevant today.

Leci Brandão is a pioneer of socially conscious music in Brazil. A samba singer, communist party activist and the second black deputy elected in the history of the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo, she transformed her life into a fight for more diversity. As she herself says, "samba is Brazil's identity card". Several personalities reflect on the importance of Leci, at 80 years of age and with 50 years of career, in building a Brazil with less hate and more opportunities.

Record of the 1989 elections, when Brazil was divided between Lula and Fernando Collor. It brings together material gathered from the streets of São Paulo, television broadcasts, and support from artists like Djavan, Chico Buarque, Gilberto Gil, Lobão, and Leci Brandão. Additionally, it features footage of the marches and Lula's first interview after his electoral defeat. A work that recounts fragments of the struggle for democracy in the country.

An emotional geographic reading of the city of São Paulo, created through hundreds of love stories from its residents. Neighborhoods, streets, parks and houses that sometimes no longer exist, or are invisible to most people, come to life in the stories told by the inhabitants.

São Paulo, 2016 municipal elections. A small film crew left Rio de Janeiro with the goal of following the last campaign weekend of former senator Eduardo Suplicy, then running for councilman. Between political agendas and moments of his daily routine and private life, the film shows the post-impeachment scenario of Brazil, while approaching one of the most iconic figures in Brazilian politics.
