British photographer Samara Pearce travels from London to Ukraine during the war. Her great-grandfather, Austrian Alexander Wienerberger, was an accidental witness to the Holodomor in Ukraine in 1932-1933 and took historic photos of starving Kharkiv. Samara wants to follow in her great-grandfather's footsteps and take her own photos of the genocide of Ukrainians that continues to this day.

'Eurokryvbas' explores the rise of Ukrainian cities like Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, and Kamianske, shaped by British, Belgian, Polish, German, and French investors during the 19th-20th centuries. Soviet policy erased their European origins. Today, experts and local activists are working to preserve this heritage amid Russia's ongoing war for these lands.

A documentary film includes four stories about socially and politically active women who participate in the local elections in Ukraine in October 2020. Four video-stories about different fortunes, different professions and motivation of the heroes, who are jointly sharing a common desire for change in the interests of a local community which they belong to, and their readiness to take the responsibility for their actions, to unite other proactive citizens around their ideas, and to break the gender stereotypes.
