Maksym Buinytskiy

The story of the Belarusian artist Anastasia Rydlevskaya and her husband Aleksey, who fled their homeland due to political repression. They face the hardships of emigration, but, despite everything, they stay true to their love and keep their big dream.

According to the plot of Kharms' miniature, a spicy and intimate conversation takes place between a man and a woman, which is interrupted by an unexpected guest—a man in a black coat and two soldiers—as the forces of law and order intervene in the characters' amorous antics. In the film version of "Obstacles," children witness this story and decide to reenact it in their own way, turning it into a game and thus neutralizing its tragic subtext.

With God's help, Zhanna becomes an almost perfect person. And so God frees her from her difficult existence, transforming her into a butterfly. A light, carefree life awaits her. But is that what she wanted? And does she really deserve it?
