Cheung Sung-bong is a highly respected cop with a long history of success in dangerous cases. However, his past soon comes back to haunt him when a former protégé resurfaces, seeking revenge.

In 1993, Senior Inspector Yeung Kwong-yiu was investigating a series of gruesome murders when he mysteriously traveled to 2018. Finding his wife and daughter missing and his past cases unresolved, he was reinstated with the help of former leader Sir Yip. Teaming up with Chan Hoi-ching, who had a unique approach to investigations, and the stoic Cheung Tin-ming, Kwong-yiu began to notice unsettling similarities between a new murder case and the cases he had previously investigated. As he delved deeper, he sensed a larger conspiracy and was determined to uncover the truth and seek justice.

A chief inspector in the anti-narcotics unit holds true to his beliefs as a police officer. He puts everything on the line to crack down on drugs and to bring drug traffickers to justice. How will our hero resolve this "bursting point" crisis?
