Egor lives in a small seaside town and is graduating from high school this spring. He cannot stand the routine of his life much longer, and with his loyal friends Kisa and Hank, they start to look for excitement in their small town.

During an investigation into a string of crimes Gradov begins to fall under suspicion, his colleague Osokin becomes convinced of his guilt and determined to expose him. A gifted transplant surgeon, framed for a journalist’s murder, escapes prison to uncover the truth. On the run, he dives into the shadowy world of illegal organ trade, torn between clearing his name and exposing those who betrayed him.
