Two friends from São Paulo makeup a lie in order to skip the workday in the big city. Freed from their labor obligations, they travel to the Cantareira Forest, a huge environmental reserve just on the outskirts of the metropolis. However, while they’re there, a nuclear attack hits their hometown and turns it into a radioactive area, preventing them from returning and forcing them to live in the middle of nature for an indefinite time.
