Weaam Williams

Quantum portrays a day in South Africa through the lives of a diverse cast of characters: a recovering addict, an estranged daughter, a single mother, an uninspired filmmaker, orphans and a thug. Though living separate lives, they are intricately connected in unexpected ways.

Frank September and his roommates set out in an old Kombi to travel from Cape Town to Jozie (Johannesburg), but are soon lost and end up in Elim, a village populated by slave descendents. There, they meet a mysterious man who influences them deeply.
