Shinta is a sixth grader in Kawasaki City a troublemaker that dreams to become a soccer player. Yoshiko, a classmate who moved to Kawasaki from Iwate Prefecture two years ago, is a gloomy girl who suffers from asthma due to the polluted air in Kawasaki and is ostracized by her class. Shinta is placed next to Yoshiko in class and their stories will take a turn.

According to an urban legend spreading in Japan, if you call an American number at midnight from your cell phone, you'll have a wish granted in exchange for a few minutes of your life. Some female students, stressed by poor school results and a barely functioning personal life, decide to dial the number, and from that moment on, everything changes. They'll realize they've sold their souls to the devil when a series of strange accidents and violent deaths begin to occur.

When Hideki Motosuwa leaves his apartment and accidentally forgets his wallet, Chii takes the wallet and follows him, leaving Sumomo and Kotoko alone in the apartment. It doesn’t take long time until Sumomo discovers that Chii forgot her panties, so Sumomo and Kotoko sets out on an adventurous trip to return the panties to Chii.
