Biography
Usha Rajak is a highly accomplished Nepalese actress, model, and professional pastry chef who has maintained a prominent career in the arts since 2004. She first gained national attention through the beauty pageant circuit. Her early accolades include winning the Sunsilk Miss Beautiful Hair title at Lux Beauty Star 2004 and representing Nepal at the World Miss University 2006 in South Korea. Later in her career, she was crowned Mrs Nepal International 2021. Her transition into acting began in theater, where she was named Best Actress at the National Theatre Actors Competition in 2005 for her role in Kankal. This performance led to her casting in the 2010 film Kusume Rumal 2. Her filmography includes a variety of roles in productions such as the HIV/AIDS awareness film One Day, for which she won Best Newcomer Actress at the 2009 Digital Film Awards, as well as the horror film Kathputali: The Puppet and the drama Julebi. Beyond her acting work, she has served as a judge on the television program Devi and continues to be recognized for her contributions to both the culinary and cinematic landscapes of Nepal.
