Morteza Avini

A documentary about Kiumars Pourahmad (Persian: کیومرث پوراحمد) (16 December 1949 – 5 April 2023). Pourahmad was an Iranian film director, screenwriter, film editor, and film producer.

Ravayat-e Fath, variously translated as The Chronicles of Victory, The Tales of Victory, The Narrative of Victory, The Narration of Victory, The Story of Victory, and Witness to Glory, was a war documentary television series directed by Morteza Avini and filmed on the front lines of the Iran–Iraq War of the 1980s.

Triumph is a feature-length documentary film about the state-sanctioned narratives of Iran's 1979 Revolution and the Iran-Iraq War (1980-1988) as propagated by the Islamic filmmaker Morteza Avini (1947-1993), in comparison with the narratives of the survivors of the 1980s repression and massacre of the opposition under the Islamic Republic of Iran.
