Biography
Melissa Rakiro is an American actress and model. Originally from the Philadelphia area, she received her Bachelor's in Theater from Temple University. She has appeared on TV, Film, Off Broadway, and in dozens of commercial and print ads. Most recently, Melissa appeared in two supporting roles in the Oscar nominated Netflix film Rustin directed by George C. Wolfe and the Paramount+ feature film Snack Shack. The former of which she was nominated for an NAACP award for best ensemble cast. Currently, you can catch her on Amazon Prime playing ADA Romona Paltz in the second season of American Rust alongside Jeff Daniels.
