American cooking show based on Fuji Television's Iron Chef, and is the second American adaptation of the series, following the failed Iron Chef USA. Like the original Japanese program, the program is a culinary game show. In each episode, a new challenger chef competes against one of the resident "Iron Chefs" in a one-hour cooking competition based on a secret ingredient or ingredients, and sometimes theme.
MasterChef Australia All-Stars is an Australian cooking reality show which screened on Network Ten from 26 July 2012 to 19 August 2012. It featured a number of returning contestants from the first three seasons of MasterChef Australia (including season 1 and season 3 winners Julie Goodwin and Kate Bracks), revisiting past challenges in order to raise money for charity.
