Two months have passed since the three youngsters have gone missing. One of whom is a designated candidate in the upcoming election. Circle Inspector Srikanth Sharma aided by constable Aby Mathew is in a last-ditch effort to solve the mystery.

The film talks about a day in the life of an immigrant labourer named Sumangal. He leaves his current residence, assuring his wife Roja that "everything will be fine today". Sumangal gets into trouble with a young man by the name of Joseph in the area. Joseph is privileged because he is a native. During interrogation at the police station, Sumangal is identified as a refugee.
