Haru Yamato watches the championship of the U-18 world cup and is inspired by a Japanese player Tokinari Tenōji. He joins the Koyo Academy High School's futsal team with the goal of becoming a player like Tenōji. There, he finds friends, and together they face their rivals.
This is a reboot performance that adds new production to the first "Musical Nintama Rantarou" performed in 2010. Will the 6th graders, who face a tough battle, be able to safely help Rantarou and his friends? Unless!?
The school principal suddenly came up with an idea and suddenly decided to hold a cultural festival. Because of the headmaster's sudden thoughts, Ninjutsu Academy will host a sports event. It seems like that it will have the committees compete against each other, would that be all right? Welcome to the stage play "Nintama Rantaro" ~Bright, Fun, Joyful!~ This is a new Nintama stage production. There's no spectacle like in "Nintama Rantaro the Musical." The play depicts the everyday lives of the Nintama. Laughing, fighting... Behind the constant major incidents that occur, there lies a heartwarming everyday life like this. Even their arch enemies, the Dokutake Ninja, aren't fighting all the time. With a relaxed attitude, the Nintama enjoy school life at Ninjutsu Academy, a ninja school that is, in a sense, a paradise in the midst of the Sengoku period. A "bright, fun, and happy!" world, just as the title suggests, unfolds. If you can feel warm and fuzzy as you peek into their slightly laid-back daily lives, both the Nintama and the Dokutake Ninja will be just a little happy.
The headmaster suddenly came up with the idea of having the fifth and sixth graders compete against each other in a showdown of their abilities! The winner is the one who finds the treasure that has been decided upon, and the three chosen for the treasure are first-year students Rantaro, Kirimaru, and Shinbee. Finally, the showdown between the sparking fifth and sixth graders began, but a suspicious shadow was approaching the treasured first grader...
