Arka Sıradakiler is the title of a Turkish teen drama series, created by Birol Güven and directed by Hamdi Alkan. Meaning "those at the rear desks", name of the series was attributed to a group of forsaken students whose experiences are taken as subject of the storyline. The series began broadcast on September 30, 2007 on Fox Turkey. It is aired weekly on Sundays at 19:45.

The film is about a love triangle between two women and a man. In the movie, Cansu Tosun plays Yasemin, a cheerful woman who guides others, while Tolga Güleç plays Emre, who is left alone after his dad dies and has to move to a small town even though he's never lived outside Istanbul before.

The story of a child whose exhausted family is trying to rebuild itself, and the emotional and dramatic story of the father and son meeting each other for the first time after the mother's return is told in a unique and melancholic language. The film brings to the big screen the selfless struggle of a mother and father who have not seen each other in years, as they dedicate themselves to their son with great effort, courage, and determination.

However, one day, Emrah and Mahmut realize that their girlfriends have been kidnapped. Using the clues they have gathered, they find themselves in Adana. With the help of Serkan, who joins them there, they embark on a comical adventure filled with humorous incidents.

Dark Blue Night tells the story of the socio-economic distress of the low-income working class in Turkey. Semih, pursues his dream of becoming a footballer, unlike his friends who become miners. Unable to find a job in a club, he starts having difficulties, falls into deep credit debt. Married and having a daughter, Semih’s only pillar is his father Kazım, a retired miner and union representative. Although his father forbade him due to having been lost his other son in a mine accident, he starts to work as miner. Soon after Semih loses his arm during an accident. The mine owners offer to pay blood money. Semih first leans towards this idea that everybody else accepts, with the death of his father, his mind is changed. His unstable mood also causes conflicts with his wife. She leaves home. On the one hand, Semih pursues his legal struggle and on the other, he works hard to get his family back.
