As they go through the ups and downs of their shared experience, they start to become really good friends. The show explores the ups and downs of divorce, showing the intense emotions, heated arguments, the weight of loss, the lingering doubts, the responsibilities of parenthood, the financial implications, and the journey of self-discovery while rebuilding their lives.
