A story about Marina and her problematic life after divorce.
According to the plot, the mayor of the city Nikolay Nikolaevich introduces his new deputy. A major specialist whom he lured from the capital. No one in the administration even suspects that just a week ago Katerina Petrovna was a tequila girl. After a serious conversation with a local authority, the mayor drinks too much and falls into a coma. Now, Katerina is the acting mayor, as that same authority decided. Katerina plans to simply enjoy life in her new status, but everything changes when she meets Sergey, a young doctor who loves his job and his Lisyegorsk. The feelings that have arisen for Sergey motivate Katerina to take a close look at the provincial city and make it at least a little like the capital.
Russian pop diva Olga Buzova once again trusts the wrong man - Vadim tricks her into buying a loss-making provincial dumpling factory. Olga will have to go to the city of Nizhny Teplyshki to solve the problem and get rid of the unplanned business, but she will face resistance from local residents.
