Biography
A Syrian journalist, producer, and writer, who earned a Bachelor of Laws from Damascus University. She began her career in 1982 as an editor for the Ministry of Information. She assumed various posts at Al-Thawra newspaper, including editor-in-chief of cultural, service and sports affairs from 2004 to 2005. She also worked as the director of Syrian Television, and served as a member of the jury committees of a number of Arab and international cultural film festivals. Some of her credits include Honour (2022), Lovers' Autumn (2021), and Ayash (2005).

During his granddaughter's visit, he will face a personal ordeal that will reveal the social deterioration caused by the war and its repercussions on people's destinies, behaviors, and morals. Will he stand alone in his ordeal despite all he has given to those around him? This is a bet that the film "The sage" will answer after a series of exciting challenges and events.
