The daily lives of the personnel of the St-Vincent hospital in Montréal.

The show follows a special police unit dedicated to fighting organized crime and major criminal networks, including street gangs, biker gangs, Italian/Irish/Lebanese mafias, and Mexican cartels.

A troubled man with personality issues tries to make sense of his relationships with the women in his life. His growing sense of despair will slowly push him to committing the irreversible.

Lucie sees Eloi, a homeless man, freezing to death in the alley, and takes him in. Living together proves to be difficult until Lucie's charity restores Eloi's humanity and her emotional maturity.
