Aya Fernandez is a Filipino actress, host, and social entrepreneur. She is best known for portraying the volleyball team captain, Jana Ramos in an independent LGBT coming-of-age sports film, Rookie. She was crowned Miss Teen Earth 2015 and went on to become the Dreamgirl of the Year International in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia while representing the country as Mutya ng Pilipinas Tourism International 2018.
