Duan Xiaoxuan was a Chinese cinematographer. She joined the Communist Party of China in 1951. She has successively served as deputy director of the art film team of Shanghai Film Studio, cinematographer and director of the photography team, and deputy director of the technical committee of Shanghai Art Film Studio.
