Casey Jones is the story of a quirky young man with an irresistible penchant for violence. A lifelong exile, Casey learned from a young age to channel his brutal impulses into the sport, but after being kicked out of the local hockey team for over-pushing during practice, Casey returns to live with his worried mother for solace in his childhood home. However, his retreat is soon interrupted when a vicious gang of street punks, the Purple Dragons, viciously beat him with pipes for trying to remove his graffiti. After narrowly escaping the date with his life, Casey vows, single-handedly, to rid his neighborhood of crime. Armed with a golf bag full of clubs and wearing a terrible hockey mask, Casey roams the alleys at night, ruthlessly defeating any delinquent who is unlucky enough to cross his path. The misguided crusader soon sinks and an unlikely ally of the sewers is forced to intervene before the vigilante annihilates all the criminals in the city.
