The prize for the first season was 1,000,000 TL. The Big Brother Turkey house was built in Istanbul on a massive set over a period of 5 months. It was the largest indoor studio ever built for a TV reality show, and also included an additional obstacle course for contestants to complete challenging tasks and games, as well as an indoor swimming pool. The house was monitored 24/7 by 90 cameras.
