A man and a woman in Lagos want to escape their everyday lives, but extricating themselves is no easy task. Two stories narrated with tenderness and restraint that only fleetingly touch, the dream of migrating to Europe floating above them all the while.

Misfit dancers Fagbo, Pokko, Lighter, Movement, Colos, and Poppy are bound by art and friendship. When Fagbo's mother falls ill, their world shifts, testing their dreams, loyalty, and what it means to fight for a future in Nigeria.

It tells the story of three women living in the same compound, experiencing different forms of assault from the men around them. 24-year-old Rolake Dabiri, who is amongst these women decides enough is enough as she speaks up and revolts against these men.
