Shieladitya Moulik’s short film Eye Candy features Prantik Banerjee and Sohini Sarkar as a blind couple. Set against the backdrop of the lockdown, the film explores the love and longing of the couple, while they chat on a video call.

In the film a teacher witnesses the murder of his favourite student who was killed by someone who is not only a student of the teacher but also the boyfriend of his own daughter. Through this killing, we will see the student politics scenario of West Bengal taking a roller coaster ride. The film’s backdrop is quite similar to Tapan Sinha’s 1986 film Atanka.

The story revolves around an alcoholic mother’s daughter who gets kidnapped.

Rishav is a techie, creates a mobile app called Cheene Baadaam that helps lonely people find friends. His hot girlfriend Trisha helped him build the app but now they are estranged. Life takes a weird turn when they now use their app to find friends.

There is a woman who gets married, her husband buys a scooter on the same day, and later, he abandons both. The story is woven around the parallel lives of the scooter and the woman, who go through the same situation.
