Biography

Devante Senior was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, and graduated from Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts in both its Drama Focus and Musical Theatre programs. He is also a dancer, with hip hop, modern and jazz training. Before starting his acting career, he spent some time at Ryerson University’s dance program and Toronto Dance Theatre. Devante took his first on-camera acting classes at LB Acting Studio in 2018 and continued doing so for a few sessions. He is known for Chapelwaite (2021), Big Gold Brick (2022) and The Last Frontier.

The film will feature performances of Salt-N-Pepa’s greatest hits, including: “Let’s Talk About Sex”, “What a Man”, “Shoop” and “Push It”.
