The film explores the life story of the famous political leader Devineni Nehru.
Annapurna's son is Pranay who married Amrutha but was killed by Amrutha's father due to Pranay's caste. After 12 years, Amrutha also dies of depression and sends her son to Pranay's mother, Annapurna.
