Germany, 1953. Corrupt gang of Soviet officers appropriated jewelry seized from repressed citizens. The officers take the young scout Terekhov and collector Avdeev, who recently left not so distant places, to guard the myriad wealth.

Shurik, like Forrest Gump, will tell the amazing story of his love, traveling through legendary Soviet films and modern memes. He will be helped by Chebubu, a new character, "from childhood, but from 2025" and the king of pop music, Filippino-Kirkorino.

In the new film, TNT will again rethink its favorite plot in its signature style and show many stars in the most unexpected images. There will be jokes on current topics and musical numbers that will be organically woven into the narrative.

Shurik is trying to bring Tsar Ivan the Terrible home with the help of a time machine. But the VPN on which the miracle machine runs constantly breaks down and moves the would-be inventor and the tsar to different countries and times.

The plot is built around the traditional meeting of old friends in the bath and subsequent events. Musical stars, actors and comedians act out the most recognizable scenes from their favorite New Year's Soviet films and perform songs familiar to everyone.

Pavel Vladimirovich Savin (nickname Sova — the Owl) has long wanted to leave his business. To this end he advances Denis for the post of city head. Things are going smoothly, but suddenly Denis is kidnapped by his own employees. As he is taken away in an unknown direction, Denis tries to remember what it is that he has done to draw all these troubles upon himself.

Everyone in the Far-Far-Away Kingdom is absolutely mad about the Three Heroes. Their battles are like rock concerts: they draw crowds of fans, merchandise is sold on every street corner, and every child dreams of looking like their idols. Among them is forty-year-old Emelya, a simple-minded and clumsy chap, who also happens to be president of the ‘Three Heroes’ fan club. At the tsar’s banquet, whilst trying to get closer to his idols, Emelya accidentally foils the bogatyrs’ secret operation to capture Koschey Bedrosovich. Koschey disappears along with the tsar’s daughter. Now everyone despises Yelemelya: the people, the Tsar, his own fan club.
