Johannes Hickel

Inge arrives at the palace. Something disturbs her. An uncanny experience has left its mark. Viktor, the assistant of the count, shows her to the countess. Inge has to tell her of the terrible incident. A little, mean picture, colored with postmodern sensations.

The leitmotif of this work is the peculiarity, which can be found in many people, of gradually assuming the characteristics of islands. This central theme with its documentary approach is improvised upon in three sequences ("The Turtle Island", "Single Malt" and "Dino's Island")
