The story of the first 2,300 years of humanity and recounts events exclusively from that period. The plot begins by giving us a greater understanding of why we exist and how we turned from perfection to imperfection. The origin of all social and racial problems is there at the beginning of everything, when via one decision a human being who only knew good and enjoyed it so much also chose to know evil.

In 1970, with the conflicts in Brazil due to political repression from the military dictatorship as a background, the inquisitive student Alice and the idealistic doctor Renato fall deeply in love. Their worlds are joined by passion, but they are kept apart for many years by family feuds and a country facing a turmoil that affects lives and dreams.

After the sale of the Blessed school, Vitor tries to start his life over again and takes a vacation at his cousin's house. Arriving there, Vitor mysteriously disappears without leaving any trace. The residents of the house, worried, decide to look for their friend.
