Lulu answers wrong on a history quiz after cheating off of Tubby. While sitting in the corner and wearing a dunce cap Lulu falls asleep and dreams of chasing Tubby through history to get back at him.

Little Lulu and her dog, Pal, are out walking and playing, but soon run into all manner of problems and situations trying to keep the dog-catcher from catching Pal and sending him to the dog-pound.

Porky Pig soon discovers that a termite is responsible for his belongings crumbling to dust. When he can't exterminate the termite himself, he goes to a shyster who offers him a series of unsuccessful methods to remove the termite.
