It was the 23rd Final Battle event and took place on December 20, 2024, at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, New York. The event aired exclusively on ROH's streaming service, Honor Club. The event took place on June 20, 2025 at the Arena México in Mexico City, Mexico and was the 17th edition of the Fantastica Mania event series, third to take place in Mexico, and the first to involve AEW and ROH – as part of a week-long collaboration between the three promotions – and RevPro.

Final Battle 2025 was a year-end supershow promoted by Ring of Honor (ROH) that took place on December 5, 2025, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio, and was headlined by Athena (c) vs. Persephone for the ROH Women's World Title.
