1987, Vienna's Favoriten district, the new home of 12-year-old Vlado. Having grown up with Czech television, he immersed himself in the world of Western films, devouring one VHS tape after another. After being diagnosed with cancer, Vlado made his first short film.

Lisa is kidnapped by men on the street in broad daylight, and is kept on a chain as a plaything for their sadistic sexual desires. After much suffering, a supernatural event turns the tables in her favor, giving her the opportunity to take revenge. Meanwhile, Lisa's tough girlfriend Andrea is searching for the missing girl, and gets dragged into a storm of cruelty and violence

Rainboy isn’t a common gardener. He plants drops and harvests clouds. While working he injures the vain Sun. Revenge! The prognosis for the boy is bleak, but together with the rain clouds, he manages to brighten her spirits again. A short film about stormy conflicts.
