Grandpa Slava is the oldest of the Midland vampire family. They live quietly. They live by the law. They live the unremarkable life of an ordinary Russian family and they never kill humans – ever. The film takes place a few years after the events shown in Bummer. Kostyan "Kot", who lost all his friends, the woman he loved and was nearly killed in the first installment of the film tries to begin a new, peaceful life. But is it possible to do? Has Russia changed and do "bratki" on black "bummers" no longer control business? Can he escape his past?

Three friends, who were fans of Ivanushki International in their youth, meet and decide that they have never done a single crazy thing in their entire lives. They decide to fulfill their old dream and go on a fan tour for "Ivanushki" in the south of Russia, hoping to escape from their problems for a while. But the 15-year-old daughter of one of them ends up traveling with them.

A young doctor falls in love with a Moscow singer who has come on tour and for her sake enters into a fight with the local bohemian youth... A grocery store saleswoman accidentally kills a customer and, together with her ex-boyfriend, tries to get rid of the body... But, no matter what, the heroes of these stories will do everything to find their new happiness under the chimes.
