The movie follows the life and career of Madame Durocher, first woman to be accepted in the Brazilian Medical Academy.

Brasilia is the scenery for the encounter between two girls. Ana and Leila share a friendship and the typical teenage coming of age.

Orphan sisters Clarice and Beatriz are in debt and have no prospects for the future, when they miraculously inherit the house of a distant aunt named Pietra. Then Beatriz finds a magical artifact that takes her to other spiritual dimensions, until she decides to perform a blood ritual to resurrect her deceased mother. What Beatriz doesn't know is that the spirit of her evil aunt is manipulating her to return to life.

São Paulo, 90's. Cláudia, the midle daugther, lives in Lisboa and communicates with her father and two sisters through phone calls. During one of this calls, the family dynamic are unveiled and some secrets are revealed.
