A group of young adults go to a remote villa to do drugs and party, little realizing a woman-hating serial killer who's just escaped from an asylum is hiding out there.

Elvira, a 70 year rich and spoiled bourgeois womans and Antonio, a rough plumber of twenty years are united in a majestic 900’s Art Nouveau villa by a great love for art and painting. Elvira invests in Antonio’s talent to launch him as a painter but in a crescendo of passion and anger, an unusual destiny awaits them.
