Biography
Joel Stephen Fleming is a director, writer and producer. In 2015 he formed 13th Street Films with his partner Sian Laycock.. That same year, Joel created the short film Jehovah in collaboration with Griffith University, which has been selected to a dozen festivals around the world. At the No Small Stories Film Festival in Sydney Jehovah was runner-up in the inaugural competition in March 2016 and won best comedy in the UK Monthly Film Festival. Joel graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor's in Film and Media.
