Biography
Nianze Li was born in China in 1995. She graduated from Sichuan Fine Art Institute New Media Art Department in 2017 and from the Department of Animation at Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School of Film and New Media in 2020.

A seven-part anthology film that probes the theme of childhood from various angles. Each part is directed by a different person, with techniques ranging from watercolor to cut-out.

She keeps a secret that can't be told, and gradually forgets it. The girl is no longer sure whether what she remembers happened in reality or in a dream.
Strawberry Candy
What I say is never what you hear. It's like the printer misaligning the images little by little. This animation work portrays those communication gaps using various techniques including print, digital treatment and collage.
